Lady & Larsen Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Lady & Larsen will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Lady & Larsen does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays.
To check the status of your order please email info@ladyandlarsen.com. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping costs. Please note that we do NOT charge duties and taxes at time of checkout. The shipping company will be in contact with you regarding the payment of these fees.

Lady & Larsen Standard Return Policy:
Items purchased on LadyandLarsen.com may be returned to Lady & Larsen for refund or exchange within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Lady & Larsen box and/or pouch) with tag attached.
Please email info@ladyandlarsen.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from LadyandLarsen.com.
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked Special Order may not be returned. Custom engraved orders may not be returned.
Lady & Larsen does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
Lady & Larsen International Return Policy:
The customer is responsible for duties and taxes which are to be paid at checkout. Items purchased on LadyandLarsen.com may be returned to Lady & Larsen for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Lady & Larsen box and/or pouch) with tag attached. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
